Worst gas company ever!

Ive been with this company for almost six years and Ive had it! They just turned erroneously off my gas but refuse to get it back on today even though it was their fault, I have a serious medical condition and its supposed to get down to 34 degrees tonight! They give you a contract, then dramatically increase if you forget to renew. Of course they lock you into a contract so I have to wait until I move to change. Once I move I will NEVER use this company again!

They Suck

I received a snail mail notice saying they were about to disconnect my service because it was past due. So, I got on the website and opened my account to see if there was an issue with my payment method, which was set to autopay. Nope, no issue. My checking account info was current. My email address was also current. For some reason, my bill hadn't been paid in two months. You'd think the idiots would've emailed or sent me a snail mail notification after the first month of no payment. They suck. I dropped 'em.

When does my OFFERFR4 plan switch take effect?

On 12/21/2022, Reyna switched my plan from 11.79 cents/kwh to 11.59 cents/kwh with a $75 Visa gift card (OFFERFR4). She said that I would be receiving a new email with a new confirmation # in the next few days, but I haven't yet received that email. When will I get the new email, and when will the 11.59 cents/kwh take effect?

I have used this company for the past 5 homes I have owned, including the one I reside in currently ( which I am cancelling service today!) I started service in February for a rental. I had to reschedule the turn on because they gave me the right date. I sold the home the end of Feb and called into disconnect, never happened! And they sent it to collections......NO one at this company us competent and claim to record every call. they sent it to collections~!!!!!

Can't get an automated account set up with constellation

I'm a new customer with constellation and I've been trying for hours to get my password and account set up on their system. I've sat on the phone for hours with no one answering. I've gone through their chat line with 3 different reps and got no help and shut off in the middle of chats. I get as far as putting my email address in on their system, but their system won't send a verification code to my email. So, no account?

Energy canceled

i had an arrangement with a chat lady about paying $157.00 of my balance to stop the disconnection of my service and i paid $160.00 and it looks like my service has been cut off. I will pay all on the t27th of this month. But i need my service back right now because i have a grand baby that his life depend on the electricity. Please, please.

CONSTANT SCAM CALLS

WE HAVE HAD MULTIPLE AUTOMATED CALLS, 20-30, PER DAY AT OUR COMPANY STATING THAT WE HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED AND WE ARE DUE A REFUND. WHEN YOU PRESS "1" FOR YOUR REFUND, THE REP STATES THAT HE IS WITH DUKE ENERGY AND ASKS FOR YOUR INFORMATION ON YOUR BILL. THEY TRY TO SWITCH YOU OVER. I HAVE CONTACTED CONSTELLATION 3 TIMES TO HAVE US PUT ON THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST AND THEY CAN'T SEEM TO GET IT DONE. WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANGER, THE CALL REP WILL PRETEND TO BE ONE AND WILL NOT PROVIDE THEIR NAME. THE REPS WILL HANG UP WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO REMOVE THE NUMBER. GUESS OTHER MEASURES HAVE TO BE TAKEN. THEIR NUMBER LISTED IS (888)897-**** AND EMAIL IS SUPPORT@***.COM.
